The 4CLI, (Central European Communication, Consultation Center for Land and Information Society Issues) is a regional knowledge management center located in Budapest.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of the 4CLI is to serve Central, Eastern and South-Eastern European countries (the Beneficiaries) by building cross border communication bridges and coordinate successful regional cooperation - to assist the improvement of the region on the field of Information Society and Land Issues.

OBJECTIVES

The Center is providing cooperation and communication services; assistance and advice for beneficiary countries concerning relevant projects, strategies, programs and policies.
