The Ministry of Agriculture and Regional Develoment (MoARD) and the CELKCenter has launched a series of seminars on Land Administration and Management.
Attendees include but are not limited to: representatives of land offices, MoARD county offices, offices of rural Development centers, Farmer’s Union and independent experts.
